José Antonio Blasco
Es arquitecto urbanista por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Navarra, 1987. Completó su formación con el Curso Superior de Edificación de la ETSAUN, 1990; especializándose también en Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
Socio fundador de TALLER DE IDEAS y de URBAN NETWORKS.
Ha sido profesor durante veinte años de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad San Pablo CEU de Madrid, en la que impartió las asignaturas de “Urbanismo I” y “Arquitectura del Paisaje”; así como de la Escuela de Negocios CEU de Madrid, en el Máster en Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio (en el que coordina el área inmobiliaria), y Máster en Dirección de Empresas Inmobiliarias.Actualmente es coordinador y profesor del MUID (Master in Urban Interior Design) del Politécnico de Milán y la EPS San Pablo-CEU.

He is currently coordinator and professor of MUID (Master in Urban Interior Design) given by the Politecnico di Milano and San Pablo-CEU EPS.
Carlos F. Lahoz
Carlos F. Lahoz nace en Madrid en 1976 y es arquitecto urbanista por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid desde el 2002. En 2015 recibe el título de doctor en arquitectura de la Universidad San Pablo CEU por la tesis "Hacia el espacio consciente. La influencia de las nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación sobre la sociabilidad en los espacios públicos".
En cuanto a su vida profesional, tras varios años de experiencia laboral en firmas internacionales de arquitectura como Foster and Partners, en 2006 se incorpora como socio a TALLER DE IDEAS desde donde ha llevado a cabo numerosos proyectos arquitectónicos y urbanos en España, Europa, Norte de África y Oriente Medio. Complementariamente, en 2010 funda URBAN NETWORKS cuya misión fundamental es la transformación creativa de las ciudades y los territorios.
En paralelo a su labor profesional desarrolla una actividad investigadora y docente como profesor de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad San Pablo CEU de Madrid, de la Universidad de Salamanca y del Politecnico di Milano, universidades en las que imparte asignaturas en el campo del Urbanismo, el Paisaje y la Ordenación Territorial y Metropolitana. Así mismo, dirige el grupo de investigación Re-thinking Cities del Área Politécnica de la Universidad San Pablo CEU. También ha sido jurado en numerosos concursos de arquitectura y urbanismo y participado en congresos y conferencias en diferentes foros.
Carlos Lahoz, en el pasado, ha sido director del Design L.A.A.B. (Laboratory of Advanced Architecture and Bioclimatism) de la Fundación Metrópoli y del MADRID THINK TANK, una iniciativa compartida del Colegio de Arquitectos de Madrid, el Ayuntamiento de Madrid y la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Entre 2015 y 2019 fue vicedecano del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, siendo en la actualidad patrono de la Fundación Arquitectura C.O.A.M.
Carlos Lahoz, born in Madrid in 1976, received his degree in Architecture and Urbanism by the E.T.S.A.M. (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid) in 2002. In 2015 he obtains a Ph. D. in Architecture from the Universidad San Pablo CEU with the thesis "Towards the Conscious Space. The Influence of New Communication Technologies on the Sociability in Public Space ".
In terms of his profesional life, after several years of work experience in international architectural firms such as Foster and Partners, in 2006 he joined TALLER DE IDEAS as a partner where he has accomplished a variety architectural and urban projects in Spain, Europe, North of Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, in 2010 he founded URBAN NETWORKS with the mission of promoting the creative transformation of cities and territories.
In parallel to his professional work he develops a research and teaching activity as a faculty of the School of Architecture at the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid, the Universidad de Salamanca and the Politecnico di Milano, institutions where he imparts lectures in the fields of Urbanism, Landscape and Territorial and Metropolitan Planning. He is also the director of the research group Re-thinking Cities of the del Área Politécnica de la Universidad San Pablo CEU. He has also been part of the jury of numerous competitions in Architecture and Urbanism and has participated in congresses and conferences in different forums.
Carlos Lahoz, in the past, has been director of Design L.A.A.B. (Laboratory of Advanced Architecture and Bioclimatism) of the Fundación Metrópoli and of the MADRID THINK TANK, a joint initiative of the C.O.A.M. (the Madrid Association of Architects), the City Council and the Regional Government. Currently he is also Trustee of the Fundación Arquitectura C.O.A.M., having been Vice Dean of the C.O.A.M. from 2015 to 2019.
Carlos Martínez-Arrarás
Carlos Martínez-Arrarás es Arquitecto Urbanista por la ETSAM en 1986 y Máster en Investigación en Arte y Creación por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en 2012.
Es socio fundador de la Empresa Taller de Ideas en 1988 donde desarrolla su labor profesional durante 25 años dirigiendo numerosos proyectos de Diseño Urbano y Arquitectura. Los trabajos realizados durante esta etapa han recibido numerosos premios y reconocimientos nacionales e internacionales como son, el Premio Europeo de Urbanismo ("Highly Commended") concedido por la Comunidad Europea y el Consejo Europeo de Urbanistas al trabajo "Directrices de Ordenación del País Vasco", 1995, el Premio “Pedro Bidagor” de Urbanismo del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, al mejor trabajo de urbanismo de 1998, por el Proyecto Ciudad del Centro Histórico de Alcobendas o premios en concursos de Arquitectura como el 1er. Premio en el Concurso de Ideas Para la Sede de IMDEA NETWORKS en Madrid 2007.
Complementariamente en 2010 funda URBAN NETWOKS, empresa cuya misión es la innovación en la transformación de ciudades y territorios.
Su actividad docente arranca en 1991 como profesor de Diseño Urbano en el Máster de Urbanismo y Ordenación del Territorio del CEU San Pablo. Desarrolla su actividad docente e investigadora en la Universidad CEU San Pablo, el Politécnico de Milán y la Universidad de Salamanca donde imparte clases en el campo del Urbanismo, el paisaje y la Ordenación Territorial y Metropolitana.
Su actividad investigadora se dirige hacia el diseño urbano y las herramientas para la construcción simbólica de la ciudad, así como a las relaciones entre Arte y Ciudad.
Ha sido miembro de la comisión asesora de Urbanismo del Colegio de Arquitectos de Madrid y de su junta de representantes.
Carlos Martínez-Arrarás (Madrid, 1961) is an architect and urbanist by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1986 and Master in Research in Art and Creation (MFA) by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2012.
Founding partner of the office Taller de Ideas in 1988 where he developed his professional work for 25 years directing and managing numerous projects of Urban Design and Architecture. The work done during this stage have received numerous awards such as, the European Prize for Urban Development (“Highly Commended “) awarded by the European Community and the European Council of Town Planners to the work “Planning Guidelines Basque Country” in 1995, the “Pedro Bidagor” planning Award of the Architects Association of Madrid, to the best of urban project in 1998, given to the Historic Center Renovation Guidelines Project in Alcobendas, Madrid. The works carried out under his direction have been awarded numerous prizes in architectural competitions such as the 1st. Prize Competition of Ideas for the IMDEA NETWORKS Headquarters in Madrid 2007.
Additionally is the founding partner of URBAN NETWORKS in 2010, a company whose mission is innovation in transforming cities and territories.
His teaching activity started in 1991 as Lecturer in Urban Design in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning at University San Pablo CEU. He develops a research and teaching activity as a faculty of the School of Architecture at the Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid, the Universidad de Salamanca and the Politecnico di Milano, institutions where he imparts lectures in the fields of Urbanism, Landscape and Territorial and Metropolitan Planning.
His research is directed toward the urban design and the development of tools for the symbolic construction of the city as well as the relationship between Art and City.
He has been member of the advisory committee in Urbanism of the Architects Association of Madrid (COAM) and member of the board of representatives of COAM.
Luis Barrero
Luis Barrero, nacido en Madrid en 1976, se licenció en Arquitectura y Urbanismo por la E.T.S.A. M. (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid) en 2002. Doctor Arquitecto por la Universidad de Valladolid con la tesis “El ambiente ludo-narrativo en el videojuego. Entre la Arquitectura de Interiores Construidos y la Neuroarquitectura de Escenarios Audiovisuales”.
Luis fue fundador del despacho Barrero Arquitectos en 2002 desde donde desarrolló su labor profesional durante 14 años dirigiendo y gestionando más de 100 proyectos de Arquitectura y Urbanismo.
En 2016 crea su propio estudio Luba_arquitectura donde ha diseñado una variedad de proyectos arquitectónicos y urbanos.
En 2020 se incorpora a TALLER DE IDEAS y URBAN NETWORKS.
En la actualidad, desarrolla una actividad investigadora y docente como Coordinador, Tutor de Proyectos y Profesor del Máster en Arquitectura y Diseño de Interiores de la Universidad de Salamanca e impartiendo conferencias y talleres en las áreas de Arquitectura, Interiorismo, Diseño Ambiental en Cine y Videojuegos, Neuroarquitectura y Diseño Expositivo. También es miembro del Grupo de Investigación “Espaciar” de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Valladolid y ha participado en congresos y conferencias en diferentes foros.

He develops a research and teaching activity as a Coordinator, Tutor and Professor of Architecture and Interior Design at the Universidad de Salamanca and impartes lectures and workshops in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design in films and video games, Neuroarchitecture and Exhibition Design.
